A bomb planted inside a wheelbarrow exploded in Bayan Garin area of Bauchi city, a neighborhood known for clusters of bars and entertainment spots. The blast killed a 10-year-old boy (some reports say six-year-old) and wounded 10 others. The explosion occurred near a relaxation spot, sending panic through the area.

A bombing and shooting attack by suspected Boko Haram militants on a beer parlour in the town of Mubi, Adamawa State. The attackers used improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and small arms to target civilians at the social venue.

A young female suicide bomber, estimated by witnesses to be between seven and ten years old, approached the entrance of the Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) market in Potiskum, Yobe State, around 1:15 p.m. during peak business hours.
