Boko Haram gunmen killed 12 nomads in Dumba village, Damboa District, Borno State. The nomads had stormed a Boko Haram hideout to avenge the killing of two herders during a previous insurgent attack on Yaguwa village. The confrontation escalated into a firefight, leaving the nomads dead.
