ISWAP fighters in about four utility vehicles and on motorcycles surrounded Goni Kurmi village in Bama LGA, killing 13 scrap metal scavengers (11 males and 2 females). All 13 victims were shot dead. The bodies were recovered by the civilian force and brought to Bama town.
