Gunmen attacked Lile and Mari villages in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State, in the early hours of Wednesday, June 25, 2025. At approximately 1:30 am, unknown armed men stormed the villages, killing three persons: Alhaji Abdullahi Shehu (51 years, PDP Ward Chairman of Lade Ward), his son Abdullahi Muhammad (22 years), and Timothy Paul (35 years) . The bodies were certified dead by a medical doctor at a hospital . In a separate incident at approximately 3:00 am, four armed men invaded Aiyetoro Fulani Camp in Lile village and abducted Hassana Abdullahi (12-year-old daughter of Mr. Abdullahi Jowuro) . Following the attack, Bandits reportedly issued a N200 million levy on the community .

Bandits attacked Kauran Fawa community in Giwa LGA, Kaduna State, killing one person and injuring another.
A group of armed Bandits/terrorists launched a midnight assault on a Tiv settlement in Idofin, Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi . The attackers stormed the quiet community around midnight, shooting sporadically and causing residents to flee into nearby bushes for safety. The assault, described as sudden and coordinated, left several houses deserted as panic spread across the area. At least four people were confirmed dead, their bodies recovered shortly after the attackers retreated. The corpses were taken to the General Hospital in Isanlu.
A large group of armed Bandits ambushed a convoy of troops and traders along the Lilo–Gulubba Road in Gusau LGA. The troops were escorting traders from Lilo village to the Gusau market when the attackers, who had laid in wait, emerged from hiding and opened fire on the convoy. A fierce gun battle ensued, resulting in the deaths of five soldiers (three killed instantly, two later dying from critical wounds) and ten villagers who were travelling as traders. Scores of Bandits were also neutralised during the firefight, though an exact figure was not released. Several passengers were injured and rushed to the General Hospital, Kotorkoshi. The attackers eventually retreated into their forest hideouts after suffering heavy casualties.
