Gunmen attacked Babanla community in Ifelodun LGA, Kwara State, killing a police inspector and four civilians.

Suspected Boko Haram terrorists attacked Gaskeri village in the evening. During the attack, the assailants killed three members of the Civilian Joint Task Force, a local self-defense group that assists the military. The attackers also looted food supplies from the village, which the military described as a "survival bid."

Boko Haram insurgents on motorbikes attacked farmers working at the Dimge plantation. They abducted seven farmers, took them to a nearby bush, and beheaded six of them. The attackers forced an elderly farmer among the abductees to witness the brutal killings, then released him and ordered him to convey the message to the families of the victims. The seventh farmer was reportedly an elderly man who was set free.

In a brutal daylight raid, Boko Haram insurgents targeted a group of local fishermen at the Alau Dam. The victims were rounded up while working at the reservoir and executed. Unlike the urban school shooting the previous day, this attack was carried out with a mix of gunfire and knives, with survivors reporting that many victims had their throats slit to ensure death while conserving ammunition.
