The Kanam Development Association (KADA), through Secretary Shehu Kanam and Chairman Barrister Garba Aliyu, condemned the incident and urged security agencies to rescue the victims and restore peace in the area . The community called on Governor Caleb Mutfwang and other security agencies to address security threats in the region . The community also accused political office holders representing the area of failing to take adequate measures to address the incessant attacks . The spokesperson of the Plateau State Police Command, DSP Alabo Alfred, could not be reached for comment at the time of reporting .
