A police team led by the Divisional Police Officer of Gujba and the Officer-in-Charge of the State Intelligence Bureau visited the scene, assisted with evacuation and clearance, and restored calm in the area . Security has since been beefed up along the Damaturu–Buni Yadi Road, with tactical teams placed on alert to prevent further attacks .
